Feeling lost..

Why does it happen that suddenly out of no where.. for no perticular reason you feel lost. Perhaps its the struggles you go through and put brave face to it.. and it catches up to you ..suddenly.. out of no where...

How hard sometimes it becomes not to show pity to yourself..cry 'victim' ! foul.. come on.. its not fair.. how hard is it not to cry and put again brave front .. and to remind youself that you.. You are not victim.. you are where you are because of your choice and you can most certainly get yourself out of it... don't blame fate.. 

Its easy said to live in present and hard to get rid of past .... Temptation of comparing yourself to 'Abhimanu' in Chakra Vyuha..

Its one way.. you know how to get in.. and more you try to come out.. more you get in... trapped.. destined to die in the battle itself... never to come out of it.

I know.. I am not born to do what I am doing right now.. I know.. How I know ? I can't explain.. Does it sound like I think highly of myself.. but then why shouldn't I ? But then why is this feeling of lost ?

Come on cheer up.. its just one of those days.. cheer up.. don't try to do anything special to cheer youself... just don't let yourself let feel 'more' like victim...
Lost.. perhaps.. but who isn't ? At least you know you are lost... and you know its not real... Find something real then....

Intimidation

Don't allow yourself be intimidated by anyone.. at any cost. Easy said than done.  How do you not allow yourself be intimidated ? I would think first step in the process is to realize you are getting intimidated, and the second is to remind yourself of the pact 'Don't let yourself be intimidated by anyone' !

Its sort of.. you are walking down the street.. and see a dog running toward you.. Running from the dog is not the way but to hold on your own and stay calm.. let the dog come and sniff you and walk away.. and you staying calm throughout... Easy said than done.

Natural impulse of flight or flee is always on the tip of every situation. 

This is sort of self discovery.. you are stressed.. cannot put your finger on it.. you just know when you are around certain individual you get stressed, and feel much relived once you are away from that person. Suddenly it comes to the mind.. you are letting yourself be intimidated by this individual. And that realization alone, will naturally follow with the pact 'Don't let yourself be intimidated.' So the next time you are around that individual, remember to remind yourself of the pact. and be an observer in the situation and learn how to avoid the intimidation. Talk loud, imagine the individual in his under garments.. or whatever trick works for you .. do it but stay focused with the pact.

Now if someone is really more knowledgeable.. I would expect her/him to be more humble, and in the company of such individuals, you should never feel intimidated. The interaction would be enriching and fulfilling. If you are feeling intimidated, remember that it is not because he/she knows more than you do, but is more insecure about himself/herself and hence behaving in 'threatening' way. Now his/her intention may not be to intimidate you, or may be that is intentional. But the matter of fact is, you are intimidated because you let yourself be intimidated, and no other reason. Hence, remember.. Let the 'Insure Dog' run towards you, he may be running towards you to scare your or may be running just because he is feeling insecure. In either case, stay calm, don't run ! wait, stay calm, be prepared to defend should he attack, let him sniff and walk away' Don't let yourself be 'intimidated' !
